  2. Within 48 hours

    Your mentor confirms, then you pay

    Your mentor checks they're free for your call and your arrival dates. Only then do we send a secure payment link.

  3. Before and after you land

    Plan on video, then keep them close

    A 60-minute Google Meet call at a time you pick, a written route, and on the Call + On-Call plan, your mentor on WhatsApp for 72 hours after you land.

Each plan covers your travel group of up to 4 people. Coming as a bigger group, such as wedding guests? We'll quote one price for everyone.

Pay by card or PayPal once your mentor accepts. No mentor for your dates? You pay nothing.

Before you request a mentor

Is this a tour?

No. You travel independently. Your mentor helps you plan on a video call and answers questions by email or WhatsApp. If you want a guided tour of a monument, hire a government-licensed guide.

Can't I just ask ChatGPT?

You can, and it's great for a first draft. What it can't do is tell you from experience which day of your route is too much, or know what has changed since the reviews were written. It also can't call your hotel at midnight when a driver says it's shut. On the Call + On-Call plan, your mentor can. Paste your AI plan into your request, and your mentor will tell you what to keep and what to change.

When do I pay?

After your mentor confirms they're free for your dates. We email you a secure link to pay by card or PayPal, and your call is booked once you've paid. If no mentor is free, you pay nothing.

What if my mentor and I don't click?

Tell us within 48 hours of your first call and we'll match you with someone else, once, at no extra cost.

What happens in an emergency?

Call 112, India's national emergency number, first. Then message your mentor, who can help with what comes next, such as finding a hospital or contacting your embassy.
